The view from a unit may be affected by the floor level on which the unit is situated, the orientation of the unit and surrounding buildings and environment, and the surrounding buildings and environment may change from time to time. The Vendor does not make any offer, representation, covenant or warranty, whether express or implied, in respect of the view.

This video was taken on 30 January 2022 from the airspace in the vicinity of the Development and/or the Phase. It has been processed with computerized imaging techniques and computer-generated images have been inserted to it. Renderings have been inserted to this video, which represent an artist's impression of the Development and/or the Phase and the development planning of the Kai Tak Development Area only. The renderings are not drawn to scale and have been edited and processed with computerized imaging techniques, and are for reference only. Some buildings and facilities may not have been shown or may have been simplified. The vendor also advises prospective purchasers to conduct an on-site visit for a better understanding of the development site, its surrounding environment and the public facilities nearby.

The existing, proposed or uncompleted buildings, facilities and developments of the district of the Kai Tak Development Area or its development planning as shown in this video are for reference only. The details thereof (including, but not limited to, the confirmations, names, locations, designs and the date of operation, etc.) are subject to the final approvals of the Government authorities or the relevant authorities. They may be uncompleted, abandoned or may not be in operation when the Development and/or the Phase is completed and can be occupied, and their physical state after completion may be different from those as shown in this video. The overall development planning of the Development and/or the Phase and its surrounding environment is subject to the final approval of the Government authorities or the relevant authorities.
